Description:
Implements Individuals’ Habilitation Plans and provides the necessary ongoing instruction and support services to maximize the individuals’ abilities as stated in ISP’s, Habilitation Plans, and Individual Plans of Protection, which allow for greater strengths and independence in their lives. Provides on-going assistance to Residence Manager to insure delivery of quality services to individuals in the residence; maintains the property, grounds, equipment and vehicles in a safe, sanitary, clean and functional condition; and assures all revenue and expenses are monitored and meet budget expectations at all times.
Compensation - $12.50 - $15.37 per hour depending upon experience.
Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree and two years experience in the OMRDD service field preferred. We will consider non-degreed candidate with three years experience in the OMRDD service field.

Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a licensed, insured vehicle.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft programs.
- Must be ambulatory.

Hours:
Full Time approximately 40 hours per week.
$12.50 - $15.37/hour
